Refund Policy

All fees must be paid in advance before we begin the challan clearance process.

Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances where Rasta Pay is unable to initiate the service due to technical issues on our end.

No refunds will be provided for cases where incorrect information is provided by the customer or where authorities reject the settlement.

Processing fees and transaction charges are non-refundable in all cases.
